John Henschel

Hey I am the manager, owner, and one of the physical trainers at Fitness First. Being a physical trainer is more than about knowing various exercises it is about knowing how your body works and how it reacts to different workouts knowing the chemistry that makes your body run. I have graduated from University of Western Ontario with masters in exercise physiology and minor in bio chemistry.
I have been a certified trainer for 16 years, helping clients achieve various goals such as sports specific training, muscle development, weight loss and, rehabilitation. I Fought in TKO the national MMA League, competed in fitness modeling with WNSO (World National Sports Organization); I competed in Fame Fitness modeling expo and finished 3 out of 200 competitors. On top of all of this I have 4 years managerial experience with Premier Fitness one of the biggest fitness chains in all of Eastern Canada. Bailey Annett
Bailey Annett is a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College in Toronto Ontario. Along with being a personal trainer, she is a certified Fitness Instructor and a Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor. Bailey has worked with a large demographic of clients with various goals from weight loss to over general health and strength and conditioning.
Bailey is passionate about fitness and is dedicated to helping people reach their personal health goals. She believes that fitness is a lifestyle that anyone can achieve with the right mindset and motivation. She diligently works with her clients offering great coaching and motivation to help them achieve their goals. Bailey plans on furthering her education and studying Holistic Nutrition to help her better educate her clients on the role of food in their lives and how to eat for best health and performance.
